The Hong Kong Down Syndrome Association is honored to be one of the beneficiaries of the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon Charity Programme 2026 and has received charity slots for fundraising. The funds raised will be used to support our self-financed sports programmes which further develop their sporting interests, challenge themselves, and realize their dreams.
We sincerely invite the public to register as charity runners and donate to support people with Down syndrome. Each successful registered charity runner will receive a pair of uniquely designed mismatched socks inspired by artwork from our members with Down Syndrome. Charity runners can wear these special mismatched socks on the racing day to show your support for people with Down syndrome. Let’s work together to create an “Inclusive Marathon”!

Charity Runner Registration Process
Submit the registration form. (The registration form is for registration purposes only and does not guarantee a spot.)
Limited Charity Quotas are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the quotas are full, applicants will be put on a waiting list.
After successful registration, we will send a notification email to the registered emial with 3 working days. Chrarity runners are required to complete the donation process according to the instructions and email the donation record to fpr@hk-dsa.org.hk.
Upon submission of registration form and donation screencap record as instructed, we will send a registration link and organization number to the charity runner within 3 working days.
Charity runners must register by themselves using the registration link and number before or on November 14, 2025.
After successful registration, the event organiser will send an email notification with the personal registration number to the charity runner's registered email.
After verifying the registration information, the event organizer will send a confirmation email to each charity runner in early January 2026, detailing the charity runner's race category, start time, and arrangements for collecting the runner's pack.
