Tiptop Training Centre
(Integrated Vocational Rehabilitation Services)

Introduction

Created with Fabric.js 3.5.0

In 2003, the Social Welfare Department outsourced the operation of two sheltered workshops. Our association was successfully bidding the sheltered workshop located in Lek Yuen Estate, Sha Tin. We officially took over its operations in April 2004, establishing it in accordance with prevailing social conditions. Following the department’s policy, the workshop was transformed into an integrated vocational rehabilitation centre.

The Tiptop Training Centre provides service including sheltered workshops, Supported Employment services (SEs), and Supported Employment Training for Persons with Disabilities (SET). The centre provides invaluable training opportunities for service users who face limitations in the open employment. The name “Tiptop Training Centre” signifies our commitment to excellence in business practices and efficiency, with a focus on improving open employment opportunities and promoting social inclusion.
