Tiptop Training Centre
(Integrated Vocational Rehabilitation Services)
Introduction
In 2003, the Social Welfare Department outsourced the operation of two sheltered workshops. Our association was successfully bidding the sheltered workshop located in Lek Yuen Estate, Sha Tin. We officially took over its operations in April 2004, establishing it in accordance with prevailing social conditions. Following the department’s policy, the workshop was transformed into an integrated vocational rehabilitation centre.
The Tiptop Training Centre provides service including sheltered workshops, Supported Employment services (SEs), and Supported Employment Training for Persons with Disabilities (SET).
