President’s Message
As the President of The Hong Kong Down Syndrome Association, I am filled with gratitude towards our team, professional staff, frontline staff, committee members, parents, volunteers, donors, and corporate supporters for their dedication and commitment to providing comprehensive services to our members with Down Syndrome and their families, from birth to their senior years.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people with Down Syndrome and other disabilities by nurturing and showcasing their inner potential. We believe that every member has a special place in society. To achieve this goal, we hope to foster a respectable environment where individuals with Down Syndrome and other disabilities, their family members, and professionals can forge dynamic partnerships.
Over the years at The Hong Kong Down Syndrome Association, I have had the great honour of meeting countless kind souls and hearts among our members. The relationship between our association and the members is one of reciprocity, where their infectious joy and high spirits touch each of us and give meaning to the beautiful work we do at our association.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who has supported us over the years. Your dedication and unwavering commitment to our cause is invaluable.
