  • To provide incentives to encourage employers to offer jobs to persons with disabilities to try out their working capabilities.

Recruitment Targets

We are recruiting individuals with disabilities aged 15 or above, specifically including:

  • Down syndrome
  • Mild to moderate intellectual disabilities
  • Autism
  • People with mental health issue
  • Other types of disabilities

Additionally, we are targeting people with disabilities who have difficulties adapting to the open employment. These applicants should possess a desire to work, general life skills, and basic work abilities.

The following are the key features of our services:

  • We offer comprehensive career analysis and tailored employment matching to ensure the best fit for our participants.
  • We arrange internships spanning up to 3 months, during which interns are eligible for a monthly allowance of HK$2,000, based on their attendance.
  • For employers, we facilitate a job trial program. Employers can receive a subsidy for a maximum of 6 months, equal to half of the participant's monthly actual salary or a cap of HK$4,000.
  • Once participants secure employment, we provide ongoing support and follow-up services for a minimum of 12 months to ensure their successful transition and integration into the workplace.

How to apply

Applicants have two options to apply for our services. They can either contact us directly by phone or visit our center personally to submit an application to our registered social worker. As an alternative, referrals can be made on behalf of applicants by doctors, school social workers, medical social workers, or other professionals in the relevant field.

Program withdrawal method

After entering the service, applicants have the option to apply to the responsible social worker at any time if service user wish to withdraw from the service.
