The Association has been approved by the Social Welfare Department (Public Subscription Permit No. FD/R009/2025) to hold a New Territories Regional Flag Day on 17 May 2025 (Saturday). “We need your support to make it happen”. We are now calling for 3,000 volunteers aged 14 or above to support with our flag selling. Those aged under 14 must be accompanied by parent or guardian. A certificate of appreciation will be rewarded to every volunteer for active participation.
All contributions will directly go to the development of our self-financed projects, such as sports and arts related services for our direct beneficiaries, those are people with Down Syndrome and other disabilities.

Donation support
Also, to celebrate this event, a special edition golden flag sticker postcard is designed. All the flags are designed by our members with Down Syndrome or other disabilities. From 17th February to 16th May, 2025:
- For HK$200 or above donations, donors will receive a set of golden flag sticker postcard;
- For HK$1,000 or above donations, donors will receive a set of golden flag sticker postcard and the support would be acknowledged at HKDSA website
*The golden flag sticker will be shipped after the Flag Day (17 May 2025).
