Employment Services Centre
Our Centre provides systematic and continuous training, counselling, and follow up services to people with disabilities so as to strengthen their work potential, improve their employment competitiveness and social adaptability with the ultimate aim of fully integrating them into society as a productive member.
- Persons rehabilitating from mental illness
- Persons with mild intellectual disabilities and other disabilities
- Persons aged 15 or above
- Persons who are emotionally stable with no severely disturbing behavior
- Persons who are capable of self-care and have daily living skills
- Persons who are willing to work and are suitable for general employment
- Work training and assessment: provides training on general cleaning, car cleaning/polishing, leaflet distribution, courier, and retail services
- Job matching: enhances open employment opportunities through active communication with employers
- Post-placement follow up: follow up services at work and emotional counselling
- Continuous support: provides continuous training on communication skills, daily living skills, job searching, and interviewing skills
- General cleaning services (church, office and home)
- Car polishing/cleaning
- leaflet distribution, courier services
- packaging and letter shopping
