The Association received grants from the “Enhancing Employment of People with Disabilities Through Small Enterprise” Project of the Social Welfare Department to set up a car beauty business named ‘Down’s Car Cleaning Service’ and a cleaning business named ‘Kwan Ngai Cleaning Service’ in 2002 and 2003 respectively.

After ten years of service development, our teams have built up a solid reputation from our honorable customers. Since April 2013, we have combined the two and renamed it “The Down’s Kwan Ngai Service Team”. We aim to advance our service capacity such as cleaning (public facilities, office, domestic household and car), packaging and letter-shopping, and provide quality service geared to the needs of today’s customers.

• Provide job training to increase the confidence of participants in open employment.

• Provide a practical working environment to enhance their skills and abilities.

• Create job opportunities for people with disabilities.

• Establish an integrated society and promote public awareness and acceptance of people with disabilities.

Mainly provide car polishing/cleaning, while general cleaning service (church, office and home), packaging and letter shopping are provided as well.

Our car polishing/cleaning service includes:

1. Purchase our monthly car cleaning service voucher
   • For your vehicle(s) and acquire a regular cleaning service
   • as a staff benefit for your company
2. Win-win project
   • You can provide disabilities with practicum chances before their open employment, while you are enjoying car cleaning service provided by them
