In 2002-2003, we received funding from the social welfare department\u2019s \u201cEnhancing Employment of People with Disabilities through Small enterprise\u201d Project to launch the \u201cDown\u2019s Car Wash Service Team\u201d and \u201cKwan Ngai Cleaning Team\u201d (KN). After ten years of development, in April 2013, we combined resource to form a social enterprise called \u201cDown\u2019s Kwan Ngai Service Team\u201d. Our main business includes car beauty, office cleaning, packaging service and crafts. Thanks to the sponsorship from the Hong Kong Disneyland, in February 2022, we further developed document destruction service providing opportunity for members who would like to work in an office environment. Through demonstrating an ambient working partnership with people with disabilities, we hope to foster a hiring culture for employers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
